Colleen Parsons Went To Be With The Lord

Thursday May 10th Colleen Update

This afternoon at 12:55pm, Colleen entered the presence of Jesus. No more pain or sorrow, no more poking and prodding and tests and IV's. She's at perfect peace with her Savior. The doctors believe that her septic infection returned and she didn't have the energy left to fight this round. Those of us who knew her best know that she was the strongest woman we've ever known, and she fought this harder than any of the doctors had ever seen, right to the very last minute. Thank you so much for your outpouring of love, support and encouragement during this battle. Memorial details will be announced once Sam and family return home to California. Continued donations will be used to cover Colleen's medical bills, memorial expenses, and support Sam during this time. We love you all.

  ************************************************************************ UPDATE 5/1 Mom is still hanging tough. Very slow process but improving slightly. Prayers are working for oxygen levels, please keep them up. Need ALOT prayer for blood flow to her legs and progress to be made on knocking down the infection. That is her big battle right now. Her infection levels went up overnight, so they’re focusing on that. She’s semi-alert and responsive, pray for peace and ease of pain for her. *************************************************************************** LATEST UPDATE FROM NICK, COLLEEN'S SON (4/30- 10:00 PM) Numbers are holding tight on mom. No drops today and they’re able to back her supplied oxygen down. She’s also a little more coherent. Believing that we’re seeing that start of a miracle. Just keep praying against the AFIB. We need her heart to stay relaxed because it’s so weak. And we need blood flow to her legs so she doesn’t lose them. **************************************************************************** UPDATE AS OF 4/30...FROM SAM: The doctors have all but given up hope. Yet they do not know our God. I believe God spoke to my heart and told me HE was going to heal and return my wife to me. I need some fervent prayer warriors to join with me in prayer now. Please pray for complete healing for my wife. Today is the true day of battle and our God is willing and able, HE knows all things and HE truly cares. I am standing on HIS promise in John 16:23 please read it and pray in Jesus name. I need your help my brothers. And we will see the deliverance of our God. Yesterday, Nick Parsons offered this update:
She's hanging tough with Dialysis, and it seems to be working.  She is fighting a bacteria, and they have identified it.They are worried about getting her off pressers because blood flow is being cut off to her extremities.  This could lead to an amputation.  She's also fighting Sepsis, which could cause further infection.  
As of today, she has dangerously irregular heart beats.  They are going to try paddles or medication to jumpstart her heart.
PLEASE STOP WHAT YOU ARE DOING AND SAY A PRAYER TO OUR LOVING, HEALING FATHER FOR DEAR COLLEEN.
******************************************************************************** Just got word that Sam Parson's wife, Colleen, is on a respirator and in critical condition in a hospital in Waco, TX.  They are not sure what is going on, but there is some sort of mass in her lungs.  Many of you will know Sam because he leads Praise and Worship at our national gatherings, along with his son, Nick, in Tulsa. Please Pray for healing, strength, peace. Also, you can leave an encouraging comment below.
